Description
A mix of single late tulips in cherry, apricot, banana, watermelon and cream. Long bloom, strong stems. April, May.
Single Late Mixed are single late tulips in mix form. You don't know which colours you get until they open. That is half the fun. This group blooms latest of all, so you can stretch the tulip season into May. Height 50 to 65 centimetres, so substantial plants, and stems handle wind and rain well. A fine cut flower: they last long. Good for pots and large borders. The mix composition changes each year, so you are never sure what you will get. Scented. Plant in groups and combine different mixes. Then you have yellow, red, pink and even more colour mixed together.
