Goud tussen al dat paars
Waar de meeste sierui paars bloeit, opent deze helder gouden sterretjes.
Bright yellow star flowers on stems of 20 to 30 centimetres. This is the only allium with true yellow. The colour has never appeared on larger species, and no one knows why. A rarity, then.
Allium moly is also called 'golden garlic' or 'lily leek', names that fit perfectly. Bright yellow, distinctive among all its purple siblings. Loose golden-yellow clusters on thin stems, around 25 centimetres. Flowering from late spring into early summer. The yellow lasts well. Strong bee and butterfly plant, lightly fragrant itself. Grows in groups (forming colonies) and spreads easily. This is the only yellow ornamental allium in its class. Breeders have never managed to transfer that yellow to larger species.
The Gold Giver. Yellow, a colour no one else has.
The bulbs come from the Dutch bulb fields. Hand selected for quality and size, and delivered at the right planting time. A larger bulb holds more food, and you see that in the flower: more blooms, and fuller.
We offer our 100% Bloeigarantie. If nothing comes up, send us a message. You will get new bulbs, or your money back.
