Request is a Triumph tulip, the largest and most reliable tulip group. Triumphs originated around 1923 by crossing early and late tulips. That orange-brown color is warm and saturated. It does not look light or airy, but full and grounded. Fragrant. Height around 45 centimeters, sturdy stems. Plant in full sun or half shade, in well-draining soil. Triumph tulips are known for reliable mid-early blooms and sturdy stems. You can plant this group almost anywhere. In borders, pots, large groups or as an accent.
