Description
Colorful mix of parrot tulips, in every color. The curled, fringed petals look like colorful exotic birds. These parrot tulips bloom in April and May. They grow up to sixty centimeters tall and are a feast for the eyes. No two flowers the same, always a surprise.
Parrot tulips once arose as spontaneous mutations in the field. Those bizarre, curled petals give them a totally different character from standard tulips. Plant them in large groups so the mix really stands out, not scattered but together. In water they're wonderful too and draw a lot of attention. This is tulip planting for anyone who isn't afraid of color and form.
