Description
Pink petal with green stripes. Viridiflora tulips don't play by colour rules: they break them all. A green-pink combination works unexpectedly, yet always well.
Groenland is a viridiflora tulip, recognizable by those green stripes running across the pink petals. Forty-five to fifty-five centimetres tall. The green accents give her a wilful, modern character. She fits beautifully in contemporary bouquets and gardens unafraid of colour experiments. Plant her in full sun. She wants well-draining soil. April and May is the bloom season. She pairs fantastically with white-flowering tulips, other pink varieties, or alone. Excellent cut flower.
