At first glance, Fancy Frills might seem like a straightforward tulip in delicate blush. Look closer and the fringed petal edges reveal themselves — delicate, precise, the botanical equivalent of embroidery. Flowering in April to June, it brings a quiet sophistication to borders, lifting any planting with its refined detail.
