Description
In April and May, Elegant Lady opens her slender, lily-like flower. Soft cream and pink, with hints of lilac. She grows 50 to 60 centimeters tall and has that elegant silhouette lilies are famous for. But one caveat: she is wind-sensitive.
Lilyflowering tulips have pointed, outward-bending petals that resemble real lilies. That beautiful silhouette is elongated and graceful, not broad. Elegant Lady brings that in soft pastel colors, making her even more refined. Plant in a spot without strong wind. Full sun or half shade, ideally sheltered. The long stem is beautiful as a cut flower, if not in full wind gusts. Beautiful together with other lilies in contrasting shades.
