Description
In April and May, Drumline stands out as a large red-and-white double flower. She is peony-like and grows 40 to 50 centimeters tall. Introduced in 2017, young and already commercially successful. This is modern breeding work that works.
Drumline is one of the most beautiful double tulips Dutch breeders know. Growers with years of experience say so. Red and white in strict division, no smudging: that combination is hard to achieve. The flower is large, full, and stays beautiful long. Also commercially successful as a cut flower. Florists love it. Plant in full sun or half shade, en masse for effect. The height gives it strength without being top-heavy. Not scented, but that makes room for the visual spectacle.
