Size and height
Grows to about 15 - 30 cm tall. A graceful shade flower with petals that curl elegantly backwards like a little lily.
March through May: purple to lilac flowers with elegantly recurved petals. A small bloom, 15 to 30 centimeters tall, showing its character in half-shade under trees. Not common.
Erythronium 'Purple King' flowers in purple. It loves half-shade on humus-rich soil under trees. The foliage is marbled. Ornamental outside bloom too. Naturalizes slowly: patience required. Hardy. Rodents dislike erythronium, so no risk there. Not often available: a plant for those who appreciate patience and careful selection. No haste, no fuss, a specialized bloom.
The Solitary One. Not gregarious, but full of character.
The bulbs come from the Dutch bulb fields. Hand selected for quality and size, and delivered at the right planting time. A larger bulb holds more food, and you see that in the flower: more blooms, and fuller.
We offer our 100% Bloeigarantie. If nothing comes up, send us a message. You will get new bulbs, or your money back.
