Description
April to May: white with yellow heart, very tall blooming. The stems reach sixty to seventy centimetres. City of Vancouver is a Single Late tulip. The group of slender, stately forms.
This height makes City of Vancouver unique. You can see over them, or plant them where they truly stand out. They grow quickly, not slowly. Plant them in groups of five to seven so that white-yellow combination has impact. They smell subtly pleasant. They are fine cut flowers, and that height helps. Easier to arrange in tall vases. They love full sun. They do not naturalize, so you are free in your choice each year.
