Description
Lilac with sharp pure white edge, pointed lily-flowered petals. April-May, 45 to 55 centimetres, exceptionally weather-resistant. Returns more often than other lily-flowered tulips.
Ballade is a lily-flowered tulip. You recognize her by the pointed petals that curve outward like stars. Lilac with contrasting pure white edge. Exceptional for lily-flowered tulips: relatively weather-resistant. Returns more often for a second year than most of them. A rare advantage for a group that is normally annual. 45 to 55 centimetres, scented, cut flower. Plant in full sun to part shade. Combine with White Elegance, Ballerina or Elegant Lady for a classic arrangement.
