Orange flower bulbs

Orange glows in the late sun.

Put orange in a spot that gets sun in the late afternoon. The light is low and warm then, and that is what makes orange glow. From soft apricot to bright fire, in tulips, daffodils and crocuses. Lovely with dark green and with brown foliage.

You plant in autumn, from September through November; tulips can go in until mid-December. With crocuses in February and March, daffodils in March and April and tulips into May, you have orange in the garden for months.

Tulips want full sun. Daffodils and crocuses are also content with partial shade, so use those to fill the spots under shrubs and trees. The rest is on the card on each bag.
