Description

Low-growing, but you won't notice the height. You will notice the broad, grey-green leaves that share the visual weight. A rosy-white globe that works subtly, without announcement.

Allium karataviense takes its name from the Karatau Mountains in Kazakhstan. Low-growing allium at 20 to 25 centimetres. The flower head reaches around 12 centimetres in Ivory Queen, the whitest form. It rests among broad, decorative blue-green leaves. The foliage is real ornament here, not something to hide. Grows on varied soil types and needs little water. Planted in groups of ten or more, the effect is strongest. It sounds excessive, but it really works.

The Mountain Dweller. Small, broad-leaved, perfect for the front.

The bulbs come from the Dutch bulb fields. Hand selected for quality and size, and delivered at the right planting time. A larger bulb holds more food, and you see that in the flower: more blooms, and fuller.

We offer our 100% Bloeigarantie. If nothing comes up, send us a message. You will get new bulbs, or your money back.
