Description
Full, double-layered orange flowers from burnt orange to red. They stand upright on sturdy stems in April and May. Scented and a real eye-catcher as a cut flower. Named after a city in South Chile.
Double Late tulips produce large, full flowers, sometimes with apricot, ginger and green in them. This cultivar is a recent introduction with peony-like, full flowers. In the vase they keep growing. Excellent cut flower. Harvest before they fully open. Plant them in groups in borders or pots. Bee-friendly and butterfly-friendly. Scented with sturdy stems.
