Description
April to May: double fringed tulips in a mix. Red-yellow, pink-white, orange. Different colors, all with those fine dentate edges. Crispa Double Mixed stands on stems forty to fifty centimetres tall.
This is a Fringed Double tulip, so both traits: full fill AND finely fringed edges. Plant the mix in groups of seven to ten. Then you see all colors, and the fringe sets off against itself. They smell pleasant. They are good cut flowers, that fringe makes any arrangement more interesting. They love full sun. They do not naturalize. So each year the same surprise of different colors and fringing at once.
