Description
May: double flowers that shift color as they bloom. They open apricot, shift to mandarin, then peach and orange. All at once in the same group, creating a rainbow effect.
This is a Double Late tulip, the group of full forms that last well. Charming Beauty stands on stems forty to fifty centimetres tall. Plant them in large groups. Then the phase shifts are truly visible, from close and far away. They smell pleasant. This is an excellent cut flower. Plant a few extra bulbs. Then you can watch that color shift indoors too. The full bloom lasts longer in water than singles. They do not naturalize, so you have this shift every May again.
