Description
March to April: instead of one character you get twenty here. This is a mix of botanical tulips, each with its own color strategy. They stand low, between ten and twenty-five centimetres tall. So they do not disappear behind other spring bloomers.
Botanical tulips are old species, still close to their wild ancestors. They bloom earlier than the large garden tulips, giving you a longer spring display. Plant the mix in clusters of five, seven, or ten. Then you truly see the variety: no rigid uniformity, but an organic mix of colors. Their low habit makes them ideal for the front of a border. Also for path edges or small gravel gardens. They love full sun. They do not naturalize, but each spring you will enjoy this mosaic of colors anew.
