Description
Ivory white with a soft green-tinted eye. A rare colour among narcissuses, and it's exactly that which makes Sinopel special. Fragrant and late-blooming.
Sinopel is a small-cupped narcissus with the character of the poet's narcissus. Closely related, in other words. Ivory-white petals with a flattened crown. It shifts from green to chartreuse depending on temperature. The foliage is blue-green and strap-like, ornamental in itself. Very fragrant. Late-blooming (April and May). Great cut flower. Naturalizes well. RHS Award of Garden Merit. Place it where you can see the colour up close.
