Description
Multiple fragrant little flowers per stem, white with a soft yellow heart. Sailboat blooms in April and May. Small in size, big in effect.
Sailboat is a Jonquilla with charm. The petals sweep back gracefully, like sails in the wind. That is where the name comes from. Each stem carries several flowers at once. On a sunny day you smell it from a distance. It stays compact, around 20 to 25 centimetres. It returns by itself every year and grows fuller. Lovely together with grape hyacinths. Put it at the front of the border or in a pot.
