March to May. Bright yellow flowers, with no red or orange. Ladea is pure yellow from top to toe. A classic, reliable choice.
This is a large-cupped daffodil: one bright yellow flower per stem. The generous corona is shorter than the petals. Pure yellow, no distraction from other colors. Fragrant. Grows to 45 centimeters and is perfect as a cut flower. Naturalizes well and returns every year. Winter hardy and low maintenance. Pick Ladea out of all the daffodils and you are always right.
