Description
March and April. White petals that open around a salmon pink trumpet. Iwona is compact and recently introduced, still rare.
This is a Cyclamineus. The petals curve gracefully backward, as if the flower is facing the wind. Iwona is relatively recently introduced and still rare in gardens. Fragrant. Grows to 30 centimeters and is perfect for pots and border fronts. Forms clumps and naturalizes well. Winter hardy and easy. Not suitable as a cut flower because of its delicate nature. But a wonderful plant in the garden.
