Description
March and April. Pale lemon petals, swept slightly back around a salmon-pink trumpet. Carice is a cyclamineus: playful, elegant, and compact.
Carice belongs to the cyclamineus daffodils. The petals arc gracefully backward, as if resisting the wind. Recently introduced, still rare in gardens. Grows to 30 centimetres and is therefore ideal for pots and the front of borders. Plant ten to fifteen bulbs together for a full effect. Forms clumps and naturalises well. Winter hardy and easy.
