Description
March to May. Bright yellow flowers that stay just 25 centimeters tall. Bantam is small, but anything but inconspicuous in your garden.
The name refers to a small chicken breed. This daffodil stays compact and is therefore perfect for pots and border edges. Despite its small size, it grows from a strong bulb and blooms abundantly. Fragrant. Also good as a cut flower, though you must be careful with the short stem. Naturalizes well and returns. Winter hardy and very easy. Ideal for those with little space.
The Dwarf. Yellow, compact, but full of energy: small size, big effect.

Rond de zwavelgele, schaalvormige kroon loopt een gekartelde rand in oranjerood, als een klein vuurtje midden in de bloem.
Kleine bloem, grote kroon
De bloem blijft klein, ongeveer 5,5 cm breed, met ronde blaadjes en daartussen een verhoudingsgewijs forse kroon.
