Description
March to May. Golden yellow petals surround a soft cream cup that slowly fades as the flower ages. Elegant combination of warm gold and soft white.
Avalon is large-cupped: the corona is generous and fuller than small-cupped types. Fragrant and good for cutting. Grows to 40 centimeters with strong stems. The plant loves full sun. It naturalizes well and returns every year. A classic, reliable choice for borders, pots, and long-term naturalization. Easy and winter hardy.
