Grows to about 50 - 60 cm tall. A slender, stately Dutch iris on a tall, elegant stem.
In June the purple flowers arrive. They stand on long stems. In bright light they gleam the most.
In the vase they make just as much of an impression. Iris Purple Sensation is a Dutch iris. The petals are dark purple. The throat carries a yellow marking. It is a classic cut flower. Plant in October in full sun to partial shade. Choose soil that drains well. Water regularly as it grows. They grow to 50 to 60 centimeters. The flowers carry a soft scent. Butterflies and pollinators find them. Every year the clump grows larger. So you get more flowers each season.
The Eye-Catcher. Draws attention in every spot where she stands.
The bulbs come from the Dutch bulb fields. Hand selected for quality and size, and delivered at the right planting time. A larger bulb holds more food, and you see that in the flower: more blooms, and fuller.
We offer our 100% Bloeigarantie. If nothing comes up, send us a message. You will get new bulbs, or your money back.

Plant and leave; it needs hardly any attention and does the rest by itself.

You can have flowers without a garden. A few pots are enough.

Plant in autumn and enjoy a sea of colour in spring.

With the right bulbs you give bees and butterflies their first food.

Cut a bunch whenever you like. Grown by you, and it shows.

Give flowers that come back every year, not a bunch that wilts.
