Edible Garden

Grow your own vegetables, fruit and herbs. This collection brings together crops that are easy to grow in the kitchen garden, a raised bed or a large pot: seed potatoes, onion sets and garlic, strawberry plants, rhubarb and asparagus crowns, artichoke, horseradish, Jerusalem artichoke and ginger, plus herbs such as chives and lovage.

Most of them go into the ground in spring. Give them a sunny spot and loose soil that drains well, and keep the soil moist while they grow. Rhubarb, asparagus, chives and lovage are perennial: plant them once and harvest from them for years.

Hand-selected for quality, and delivered at the right planting time.
