Description
Pure white, very early in the season, already in flower in March. Low and elegant, water-lily-like. As soon as the sun shines they open completely. Scented.
The Kaufmanniana group produces the very first tulips of the season. They're also called water-lily tulips because of their star-shaped opening flower. This cultivar is white and pure: a promise of the coming season. Suitable for pots and borders. Plant them in groups of at least five for full effect. Plant them slightly shallower than standard tulips and give them plenty of sun. Bee-friendly and butterfly-friendly.
