Description
In December and January, Apple Blossom opens on your windowsill. Soft pink flowers with white hearts, like apple blossom itself. Day after day you watch the flower grow. After six to eight weeks you have the full picture.
Apple Blossom has been the proven classic in every amaryllis collection for almost sixty years. The flower looks delicate, but it is sturdy enough for a vase. You place the bulb half above the potting soil in a warm, light spot. Keep it lightly moist and wait. It always blooms indoors, and it works on water too. The pink stripes differ from flower to flower, so no two are the same.
